DH Sprinkler and Backflow Inspection Annual Fire Sprinkler System Inspection (1 wet, 1 dry) Annual Back Flow System Inspection/Test (2 devices) Deficiency: The church has a national time panel that has a signaling circuit issue. This was pointed out to the church by the fire marshal. When he came out to check the system out. We also noticed the panel had the trouble on there when we arrived, there will have to be a fire alarm technician Sent to this site to correct issues with system and get them back in compliance

Deficiency: There is no evidence of 5 year FDC check valve inspection. Deficiency: There is no evidence of FDC hydrostatic test. Deficiency: Quick response sprinkler heads are outdated.
